Description
Positioning of water abstractions (sampling points) of water in the natural environment carried out by persons of public status for the purpose of supplying drinking water to human communities (Articles L131-2 and L131-2-1 of the Public Health Code, Article L215-13 of the Environmental Code). Such levies shall be the subject of a declaration of public utility. These can be taken from the soil (neap or karst circulation), at the emergence of a source, or in the surface water network (river or water body), possibly in the sea. All known active or abandoned catchments are identified
