Water — Provision 1C-2 SDAGE in Loir-et-Cher
Description
Areas where new water bodies cannot be created.
Provision 1C-2 prohibits the creation of water bodies in watersheds or there are biological reservoirs.
The establishment of new bodies of water is possible only outside certain areas, including delimitation.
Until the restoration of balance, the creation of bodies of water is prohibited in the ERAs concerning surface water. This prohibition does not apply to groundwater ERAs, except for their portion of territory included in a “surface water” ERA.
