Watercourses selected for setting up environmental cover Pac
Watercourses or portion of watercourses to be bordered by grassed strips under good agricultural and environmental conditions, defined by prefectural decree.
These rivers are defined in the inter-ministerial circular Map-Medd DGFAR/SDSTAR/C2005-5046 of 27 September 2005, pursuant to the Order of 12 January 2005 for the application of Articles R.615-10 and R.615-12 of the Rural Code and on environmental cover and rotation rules.
The User must include on any document presenting all or part of the Data, or studies and analyses carried out on the basis of all or part of the Data, the mention of its source and the date of its last update (Source: XXX, on the date of “dd/mm/yy”). This statement must appear in any form of broadcast medium, whether digital or not, in a legible manner.
