Description
Location of the main processing units of the agri-food industries in the Île-de-France region. The following industries have been studied: slaughterhouses for slaughter, starch factory, ethanol plant, malterie, mill, meal, sugar, teelling, crushing, other first grain processing plants (type pre-cooked wheat, breakfast cereals), fodder dehydration plants, livestock manufacturers’ plants, cheese factory, dairy, aromatic herbal processing, vegetable canning, legumes.
