Description
Pre-location of wetlands by SAGE du Loir (data provided to GIS in spring 2014): kidney since 2014 (SAGE called by trainee SGREB Frédéric BUSI) and no update of the inventory of ZH in 2021 as requested page https://sage-loir.fr/?p=3167 on 28.
In the legal sense, the Water Act of January 1992 defines wetlands as “land, whether exploited or not, usually flooded or filled with fresh, salty or brackish water permanently or temporarily; vegetation, where it exists, is dominated by hygrophile plants for at least part of the year”. They are also mentioned in articles 127 and 128 of the Law 2005-157 on the development of rural territories (including the addition of an article L. 211-1-1 to the Environmental Code). In practice, their determination (also called “mapping” in terms of rendering) is carried out locally at the level of the basin, the region, or even the department under the control of the Agency, the DREAL or a departmental authority... Their suppliers and descriptions can therefore be diverse.Do not take into account the Ramsar areas here.The Sandre has established a dictionary “Wetlands Inventories” listing the elements of a common trunk of their description, allowing for information exchange and data pooling.
