Description

Easement relating to access bans on properties adjacent to motorways, express roads and bypasses of agglomerations pursuant to Articles 4 and 5 of Law No 69-7 of 3 January 1969. Articles repealed, see sections L. 151-3 and L. 152-1 of the Highway Highway Code.The base of an easement is the spatial field (i.e., the geographical area) within which the easement applies. This space field can be defined either in 2D or in 3D in particular in the specific cases of airport clearance easements, easements to protect radio transmission centres.
