Description
A clearing is a voluntary operation that destroys the forested state of a land and ends its forest destination for new use. Applications for clearing authorisation shall be investigated under the provisions of the Forest Code.
the layer shall identify the parcels and parts of the parcel which are the subject of an application for clearance authorisation.
