GAEC (Good Agricultural and Environmental Conditions) are defined by order of 24 April 2015 on the rules of good agricultural and environmental condition (GAEC)" within the framework of the EU Common Agricultural Policy (CAP).
The main aim is to maintain buffer strips around these rivers (“buffer strips”/watercourse, “buffer strip”/covered, “Band buffer”/maintenance of the canopy, “Maintenance of landscape features”.
