Description
Parcel and part of cadastral parcel which is the subject of an application for clearance authorisation.
Clearing is a voluntary operation that destroys the wooded state of a land and puts an end to its forest destination for new use. Applications for clearance authorisation are processed in accordance with the provisions of the Forestry Code.
