Noise classification of land transport infrastructure in the Landes department
Description
The sound classification of inland transport infrastructure is a regulatory approach taken pursuant to Article L571-10 of the Environmental Code, and the decree of 30 May 1996, which require the prefect of each department to classify inland transport infrastructure according to 5 categories (1 being the noisier and 5 the least noisy). From this classification are deduced from the sectors affected by noise within which special rules of constructibility apply.
