Artificialised spot established by satellite image processing in Languedoc-Roussillon (2009)
Description
The carrying out of a study by IRSEA on the artificialisation of agricultural areas at the request of DRAAF Languedoc-Roussillon led to the production of a layer of geographical information identifying “artificialised spaces in 2009” indicating areas lost to meet food production needs for urbanisation and spatial planning.
This layer of 2009 was carried out to be associated with another geographic information layer in 1997, in order to assess in a coherent manner the evolution of artificialised LR spot between 1997 and 2009.
