Description
Table of Reinforced Action Zones and Territories in Enjeux de l’Yonne. These are either the perimeter of Captage Power Areas, the Eligned Protection Perimeters or the perimeter of the commune.
RAZs are geographical areas where there are issues that require further action. These rules vary according to departments and areas.
In ZAR, the general rule of CIPAN is mechanical destruction. Chemical destruction of CIPAN shall only be permitted in the case of simplified cultivation technique (TCS), only after 15/01 and on an area not exceeding 20 % of the area in SCOP and on seedling crops.
This zoning has been transmitted and validated by DREAL Bourgogne Franche-Comté.
