Description
Mountain area under the Law of 9 January 1985 known as the “Mountain Law” as amended by Act No. 2005-157 of 23 February 2005 on the development of rural territories:<
according to Article 3 of the amended law, each mountain area is delimited by interministerial decree and attached by decree to one of the massifs referred to in Article 5.<
The definition of the mountain area is specific to agricultural problems, these areas have been modified since the Mountain Law of 1985.
