Zone of reciprocity around ICPEs instructed by the DDCSPP, subject to Declaration, aimed at preserving housing and housing areas of urban planning documents.
A facility classified for environmental protection is a fixed installation the operation of which poses risks to the environment. Examples:factories, livestock, warehouses, quarries, etc.
ICPEs can be classified as agricultural or industrial and may, depending on the case, generate zones of reciprocity, depending on the heading and the elements structuring the installation.
These areas of reciprocity relate only to the reported ICPEs, which are investigated by the DDCSPP, for which the postponement is as close as possible to the installations observed in aerial photographs on the declared land parcels.
