Zone of distribution of waters Vendée
Description
Areas where there is a non-exceptional shortfall in resources relative to needs. They are defined by ministerial decree, either in basins, sub-basins, fractions of sub-watersheds, or in aquifer systems. Then they are adapted locally by prefectural decrees in whole municipalities.
