Water points for the application of the 2017 Non-treatment Zones (NTZs) in the Landes department

Representation of water points meeting the criteria laid down by the Prefectural Decree of 4 August 2017. It was adopted pursuant to the Ministerial Order of 4 May 2017 on the placing on the market and use of plant protection products and their adjuvants referred to in Article L.253-1 of the Rural and Maritime Fisheries Code.
A strip of 5 metres (or more if specified in the instructions for use of the product) in the vicinity of these water points should not be treated.
