Area of application of the rules on clearance
Description
Any voluntary operation leading directly or indirectly to the destruction of the wooded state of land and ending its forest destination is a clearing. Any clearance requires prior authorisation from the administration. Clearing in wood and forests below a threshold of between 0.5 and 4 ha is exempt from this authorisation.
