Graphical Parcellar Register (GPR) not anonymised, i.e. including the personal data (CAPAGE number) of the declaring farmers receiving direct aid under the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP).

Each year since 2004, the RPG is made up of all the agricultural islands geolocated by the declarants themselves (on an orthophotographic background provided) during the annual ‘CAP declarations’ campaign launched each spring throughout France (excluding Guyana and Guadeloupe). Their layout serves as the legal basis for the Agency for Services and Payment (ASP) to determine the amount of various direct aids to farmers and their area (seized using the ISIS software made available by the ASP) is checked, by direct sampling, during the summer following the declarations.
The population retained for extraction from the ISIS extractor is that of the registrants of areas whose RPG is completely seized. These are the islands of the “Surfaces” files with one of the following five statutes:
— “in the process of entering” (with the “completed RPG seizure” indicator checked)
— “seized”
— “end of administrative control”
— “instructed”
— “good to liquidate”
The islets of files in the “Received”, “In-entry” states (with the unchecked RPG Seizure indicator), “Rejected” and “Clos” are not included in this extraction, repeated weekly.
Each islet is represented by a uniquely identified polygon for a given year.
Resolution, reference level: Dense data (i.e. cadastral level) whose resolution is deduced from the mode of production: drawing, using appropriate software or manually, polygons on A3 format sheets cutting an ortho-photographic background at 1: 5.000
The extraction for Corrèze contains islets of farms with islets in Corrèze even if their head office is not in Corrèze.
