Description
The implementation of the Flood Directive aims to establish a framework for flood risk assessment and management at the level of the Artois — Picardy basin while prioritising state intervention for areas with significant flood risk (TRI).
Marine submersion for a return period 10 years (high proba.), 100 years (medium proba.) (event has a probability of occurring in 10 or 100 years each year) and 100 years incorporating climate change (a 40 cm sea level rise from the average probability scenario) on the Dunkerque IRR.
