Nature — Former Voluntary Nature Reserve in Central Region
Description
Private properties of particular scientific and ecological interest, as regards
species of wild fauna and flora could be approved as natural reserves
volunteers, by prefectural decree, for a period of 6 years renewable.

This statute was repealed by Act No. 2002-276 of 27 February 2002 on community democracy.
Voluntary nature reserves are intended to become regional nature reserves.
