Zoning of SOPs redesigned to a background at 1/25 000.
Generalisation by families of the same type (e.g. all urban habitat areas) according to 3 levels of generalisation.
General description: Regional approach adopted by all PACA DDEs.
POS/PLU zonings are interpreted in such a way as to homogenise and simplify information
— level 3: 14 types of zones
— level 2: 7 types of zones
— level 1: 4 types of zones
Level 2 is the most speaking level of interpretation
Potential uses: Allows territorial analyses at inter-communal level on urban development.
Synthetic posit to make it known. Do not use for the instruction of building permits.
This layer is gradually replaced by the COVADIS-compliant plot scanning.
It is always updated for old urban planning documents pending a COVADIS digitisation (e.g. ongoing revision)
