Regulatory zoning of a PPRN or PPRM Finistère PM1 easement plates
Description
Pursuant to Articles L. 562-1 et seq. of the Environmental Code, plans for the prevention of natural hazards (PPRN) and plans for the prevention of mine risks (PPRM) delimit:
— areas exposed to risks in which construction, works, developments and operations are prohibited or subject to conditions;
— areas not directly exposed to the risks in which constructions, works, developments and operations are prohibited or subject to conditions because they are likely to aggravate the risks or cause new ones
The regulated zoning of PPRN-PPRM thus constitute the generators (as well as plates confused with generators) of the PM1 easements.
This resource describes the plates of the PM1 easements.
This table “PM1_ASSIETTE_SUP_S” made from the CNIG SUP v2016b standard is part of a set of 6 tables to connect to obtain complete information about the PM1 easements.
They are freely downloaded on the Geoportal of Urban Planning (GPU) including the acts establishing each bondage. The download link is given on this sheet in associated resources.
Apart from this CNIG standard, the flat source table of easements PM1 containing in a single layer all the information of the easements is also made available to the design offices to facilitate the postponement to the overall plan annex easements of the planning documents.
