FQMS — Fuel Quality Monitoring System 2018.
Description
EU Directive 98/70/EC requires Member States to verify compliance with the quality standards for fuels and report the results to the European Commission. In Austria, around 8.65 million tonnes of fuel were sold in 2017, of which 6.99 million tonnes (over 81 %) were diesel fuels. The Federal Environment Agency analysed samples from 206 petrol stations throughout Germany, with one sample being taken per filling station.
