"All email and paper records of discussions regarding the EPH re-provision between the responsible cabinet member and other cabinet members and senior council officers (AD level and above).
All email and paper records of discussions between City of York Council and York Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust on this matter.
All internal reports on the re-provision of EPH accommodation.
Clarify the finance available in the 2014/15, 2015/16 and 2016/17 financial years to support the EPH re-provision.
The current timetable for the tendering and re-provision of EPH in the city."
