Area dedicating and development plan (plan documents) Vienna
Description
The city of Vienna’s land and development plan is adopted by decrees of the Municipal Council in the form of “plan documents”. These planning documents, which consist of a plan and a part of the text, make binding all future uses and the way in which an area is built.
In the city map it is possible to activate the map content “Plan Documents” under the tab “Area dedication” (https://www.wien.gv.at/flaechenwidmung/public/). This reflects the limits of the planning documents adopted by the Municipal Council in a green line colour. The info button provides information about the valid plan document number for any area. The decision text and the decision plan can then be displayed and downloaded in a separate browser window with a mouse click.
