Five individual genetic maps and the genotype information used for their construction as part of the Feed the Future Innovation Lab for Climate Resilient Cowpea
Description
Five biparental populations of recombinant inbred lines (RILs) were genotyped with the Cowpea iSelect Consortium Array, a research tool for genetic fingerprinting (genotyping) also developed as part of the Feed the Future Innovation Lab for Climate Resilient Cowpea. Data from each population were used to generate genetic maps, which are graphic representations of cowpea chromosomes including the position of the genetic variations identified. Each of the five genetic maps, together with the genotyping data used for their construction, can be found in this dataset.
