**For a visualisation of the data please visit [rijksfinancien.nl](http://https://www.rijksfinancien.nl/who-received "rijksfinancien.nl").** The recipients financial instruments dataset goes a layer deeper than the budget statements and shows who the different recipients of the financial instruments were and with what amounts. As in the budget statements, the dataset is divided into budget chapters and each line contains an article section, detail information, and the budgeted amount. In this dataset there is an additional column with the name of the recipient. There are 14 financial instruments, but the recipients can not (yet) be made public for all financial instruments, but the following are already available here as open data: Grants, Funding, Current transfers, Guarantees, Loans, Contributions to co-governments, Contribution to IBOs and RwT, Contribution to Agencies, Contribution to International organisations, Contribution to other budget chapters, Contribution to social funds. The recipients are shown according to the budget they are printing on. This means that if a grant is listed under a budget article at Ministry X, the recipients can also be found in the table. This is important to know because sometimes a subsidy is on one party's budget, but is implemented by another party. Here it is then attributed to the ministry or party where it is on the budget and is accounted for. The recipients of financial instruments are only published once a year in this detail, namely with the Final Act on Accountability Day. This information is not included in the budget documents themselves, but is presented in the open data as enriching information.Please note: The lists are partially anonymised. Based on the GDPR, private persons and proper names are removed from the dataset.
