When adopting the plans for the period 2023-2025, data related to the expenditure effected in 2021, the expenditure incurred in the first eight months of 2022, the plans of the National Council for the Judiciary for the subsequent planning periods, and the instructions of the Ministry of Justice and Administration of 15 September 2022, were used.
