Financial Management Information System (FMIS)
Description
The Department of Transportation's (DOT�s) Oracle Federal Financial System made available to the National Endowment for the Arts (NEA) through a cross-servicing agreement with DOT�s Enterprise Service Center.This is a central repository for information about the NEA�s financial transactions which enables the NEA Budget and Finance offices to share a common system for entering allocation, commitment, and obligation information.
