Provincial Environment Regulation 2015 — Zoneling LOFAR and radio telescope (history)
Description
With the provisions for radio astronomy, the province aims to ensure that radio astronomy can continue to develop and to prevent disruption of activities associated with it. To achieve this, there are protection zones around the radio telescope in Dwingeloo and Hooghalen and the LOFAR radio telescope in East Drenthe, where restrictions apply on the spatial development possibilities for the prevention of electromagnetic radiation.This map layer is part of the version of the Drenthe Provincial Environment Regulation adopted on 23 September.
