Description
This card is a copy for the Nature Information Map (IKN). This map concerns the version of Ecological multifunctional connections adopted by Provincial Staten van Drenthe on 3 October 2018. Multifunctional compounds are important for the distribution of species between the different areas of the Nature Network Netherlands for healthy population of plant and animal species. They contribute to the conservation and improvement of biodiversity.
Like ecological compounds, multifunctional compounds are also important to prevent fragmentation of nature in Drenthe.
