976 Strategic Tourism Development Area
Description
Strategic tourist development areas are existing or potential sites for hosting tourism developments near the shoreline and in discontinuity of built spaces included in the Mayotte Plan of Planning and Sustainable Development (PADD) of June 2009. Under Article L. 711-3 of the Urban Planning Code, these nine areas are the only areas where new tourist urbanisation can be provided for in discontinuity of existing urbanisation.
