Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Stetten Ost” of the municipality of Bingen/Hohenzollern from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Stetten Ost — development plan (Stetten I East); Location: Stetten East; Roads: Hohenzollernstraße, Mörikestraße, Dürerstraße, Uhlandstraße, Fürst-Friedrich-Straße; WA General residential area; ATTENTION: Modification of the development plan: Statutes 14.10.1982.
