Climate Impact Adaptation Concept (2019) — Zone 5: urban climate-relevant ventilation railways
Description
The climate change adaptation concept aims to adapt to the unavoidable consequences of climate change on the ground. As a result, an improvement in the adaptability and maintenance of the functioning of urban infrastructures and the urban quality of life will be achieved.
The following objectives are associated with the designation of urban climate-relevant ventilation systems as restricted areas:
— Consideration of the airway in future planning/construction activities
— Avoid additional issuers, minimise and optimise with new technologies
— Rimless construction should not produce a bar effect
— Avoid dense vegetation as a barrier to flow
— Avoid afforestation in the field of airways and fresh air snails
— Open transition areas between fresh air snow and development
