BPlan based on § 11 BauGB as amended on 18 August 1976 (BGBl. I p. 2256 as last amended by the Acceleration Act of 6 July 1979 (BGBl. I p. 949) in conjunction with § 2 (Annex No 1) of the Provincial Ordinance on Jurisdiction under the Federal Act and the Continuation of the Validity of Urban Planning Plans (Regulation on Jurisdiction under the Federal Act) of 10 November 1982 (GVBl. 422) and in accordance with VIII. Provincial Ordinance Implementing the Provincial Building Regulations in conjunction with Section 123(4) LBauO of 27 February 1974 (GVBL. p. 53)
