Formations of elected officials of the Hauts-de-France Regional Council (mandate 2016-2021)

Description

These files concern the training courses attended by the Hauts-de-France regional advisers. The regional mandate entitles the following to training: - Training, adapted to the functions of regional councillors, mandatory during the first year of mandate for elected officials who have received a delegation (Article L. 4135 10 of the General Code of Local Authorities). - Individual right to training (right to DIF of 20 hours per full year of mandate, cumulative over the duration of the mandate) Training must be provided by training bodies approved by the Ministry of the Interior.
