FEMA Region 10 Facilities Building Management

The Facility Management System (FMS) is a program and supervisory front end buildrnmanagement software management tool. This is a web-based system running on the FEMA localrnLAN. This system is owned and managed by FEMA/Region 10 /Operations and Maintenancernand will be used to control and manage building equipment such as power, HVAC equipmentrnand lighting control. It will be monitored on a 24 hr basis for items such as equipment andrnlighting failures and server room temperature alarms.
