Description

The project, “Improving Nutrition in Children Under Two through Increased Egg Consumption in Burkina Faso,” aims to test the behavior change strategy of gifting chickens to children by community champions to increase egg consumption in children under two. This data asset contains the datasets to the longitudinal clustered random controlled trial for the “Un Oeuf Project” funded by the Feed the Future Innovation Lab for Livestock Systems from 2018-2019. This data asset contains six datasets. The baseline dataset contains a data asset description, a baseline codebook, a baseline survey, and 6 csv files for the instruments detailed in the baseline codebook. The demographics data for the Feed the Future Un Oeuf Project 2018-2019 can only be found within the baseline Un Oeuf dataset. The midline dataset contains of a data asset description, a midline codebook, a midline survey, and 5 csv files for the instruments detailed in the midline codebook. This endline dataset contains of a data asset description, an endline codebook, an endline survey, and 5 csv files for the instruments detailed in the endline codebook. Finally, the five domains of empowerment (5DE) Abbreviated Women’s Empowerment in Agriculture Index (A-WEAI) datasets contain a data asset description, a codebook, a survey, and 9 csv files for the 5DE collection months. The 5DE A-WEAI Surveys 1 and 2 contain 4 and 5 csv files, respectively.
