Life of activity farmer data (collected through Form 6 between October 2014 and September 2017) for the Feed the Future Uganda Commodity Production and Marketing Activity. This data was collected from farmers who have been reached through CPM-related interventions and broadly speaking, captures changes in adoption of CPM-promoted practices and the resulting impacts on production (i.e. improved quality and increased quantities produced). Moreover, Form 6 data supports reporting for nine Feed the Future indicators. In addition to the datasets, supporting documents include Form 6 survey tools used for each survey and calculation guides for computing the nine Feed the Future indicators that Form 6 measures.
