Description
Version adopted by Provincial Staten van Drenthe on 2 July 2014 of publishing regional business park (suitable for category 4 or more). The establishment of environmentally harmful companies requires careful spatial integration. We expect municipalities to implement the VNG system ‘Business and Environmental Zoneling’ when setting up business parks. In our view, new companies falling into environmental categories 4, 5 and 6 of the VNG system must establish themselves at appropriate regional workplaces. At the moment there is physical and environmental hygiene space for such companies on the Bargermeer in Emmen, the Energy Transition Park in Wijster, Oevers D in Meppel, Europark, Buitenhaven e.o., Oude Vaart in Meppel, Buitenvaart I, De Wieken, Noord B in Hoogeveen and Leeuwerikenveld II in Coevorden and Werk Landscape Assen-Zuid in Assen-Zuid in Assen. For these last two terrains only category 4.Comes for map 3: Environmental and environmental quality.
