Description
The material includes purchases of services, materials, supplies and goods in the municipality of Siilinjärvi, as well as purchases in the municipalities’ accounts under the Account groups Rental Expenses and Other operating expenses. Invoices paid to private individuals and entities formed by private individuals that do not have a business ID have been removed from the material. Other non-business-identity invoices (foreign journalists, associations and road municipalities that do not have a logo) have been submitted to the material. Due to the limitations, the amounts cannot be compared to the financial statements.
The publication of the material has been carried out in accordance with the instructions for opening purchase invoice data of municipalities and joint municipal authorities published by the Association of Finnish Local and Regional Authorities, where applicable. For technical reasons, the information does not include the service classification and the account numbers and names of the accounts are in accordance with the municipality’s own account map. The data has been extracted from the municipality’s accounts payable on purchases.
The bills are shown as positive values in the data. Negative values indicate that it is a credit note. Information on an individual invoice can be found in several rows if the invoice has included deliverables recorded in more than one cost centre or in several accounting accounts. The total amount of the invoice is shown in the column of the invoice. The invoice includes a gross amount, an amount exclusive of tax and a share of tax.
