Development plan Eidelstedt 31 Hamburg

Description

The development plan Eidelstedt 31 for the area of application north of the goods bypass, between Kieler Straße and Bundesautobahn (district Eimsbüttel, district 320) is adopted. The area is delimited as follows: Kieler Straße - western and northern boundary of parcel 5760, northern boundary of parcel 4886, western and northern boundary of parcel 4844, via parcel 1176 (Eidelstedter Dorfstraße), northern boundary of parcels 1177, 5079 and 6186 (new: 6618), western and northern boundary of parcel 4376 (Steinwiesenweg), via parcel 4376, eastern boundary of parcel 4376, via parcel 4376, northern boundary of parcel 6186 (new: 6618), on plot 6186 (new: 6618), northern boundary of parcels 3533 and 3260, eastern boundary of parcels 3260 and 1172 of the Eidelstedt district - eastern boundary of parcel 99 of the Stellingen district - goods bypass - via parcel 98, southern boundary of parcel 98 of the Stellingen district - southern boundary of parcel 1418 (Olloweg) of the Eidelstedt district.
