Description
Astra is the owner of the national roads and is therefore responsible for the planning, construction and operation of this road network. The connecting axes, which are owned by ASTRA in the maintenance perimeter of the national roads, are called UHPERI. The term ramps refers to the intersection of a national road with a cantonal road (highway connection).
