State of the art in the Austrian textile industry
Description
The report describes the state of the art of textile industry plants in Austria. The description includes the description of emissions and emission reduction measures as well as a description of the consumption levels used by Austrian plants. The focus is on those processes that have the greatest environmental impact. In the textile industry, these are wastewater emissions and air emissions when solvents are used. With a description of the associated production technologies and the emission reduction technology used, the relevant emission values (wastewater and air) are derived for the processes in accordance with the state of the art.
