The development plan Marmstorf 30 for the area of application east of Osterfeldweg between Johnsweg/Fernblick and Moorlage (Harburg district, district 709) is established. The area is delimited as follows: Osterfeldweg - Johnsweg - Jägerfeldweg - northern boundaries of the parcels 1706, 875 to 885, northern and eastern boundaries of the parcel 886, northern boundaries of the parcels 887, 1858, 965, 2653, 2652 and 3730, northern and southeastern boundaries of the parcel 3731, southeastern boundaries of the parcel 3730, southeastern and southern boundaries of the parcel 892 (far-sighted) of the Marmstorf -Moorlage - northeastern boundaries of the parcel 912, eastern boundaries of the parcel 2469 of the Marmstorf district boundary - Moorlage .
