Description
The Rahlstedt 94 development plan for the area of application between Greifenberger Straße and Berne Underground Station (Wallsbek District, district 526) is established.
The area shall be limited as follows:
Hermann-Balk-Straße-Nord border of parcel 864, southwest borders of parcels 853 and 855, southwest and north-west border of parcel 856 of the area Oldenfelde-Alte Berner Straße-Kriegkamp-Northeast borders of parcels 4 and 42 of the area Meiendorf-Berner Stieg-Fasanenweg-Berner Straße-Polziner Straße-East borders of the parcels 2781 to 2784 and 2377 of the area Oldenfelde-Greifenberger Straße.
