Flood-inclined waters of the state of Brandenburg
Description
Flood-liked waters and sections of water: Waters and sections of water where floods have caused not only minor damage in the past or are to be expected in the future are those in the Annex to the Regulation on the determination of flood inclined waters and of 17. December 2009,(GVBl.II/09, [No 47] listed and published. They comply with Article 13(b) of the EC HWRM Directive.
By means of technical flood protection measures, it is demonstrated that the outflow in the event of floods can lead to not only minor damage.
