Description
Nature parks (ยง 27 NatSchG) represent large-scale areas with special recreational suitability. They are set up in large-scale recreational landscapes in order to harmonise the interests of landscape and nature conservation on the one hand and the development for those seeking recreation on the other. Nature parks can integrate nature and landscape protected areas as well as natural monuments. The designation of nature parks is carried out by the higher nature conservation authorities by statutory ordinance. Please note the following information on the completeness and quality of the data provided: due to inaccuracies in the acquisition of technical objects, there are occasional non-valid geometries according to OGC Schema validation. Since GIS servers such as ArcGIS server, GeoServer or UMN MapServer have to use/process ever more accurate data bases, the inspection routine is always further developed and warns in the tolerance range as well as in the topological recording of inaccuracies (e.g. by third-party software). This means that geometries can no longer be displayed or recorded. The objected geometry errors include self-intersections (self-intersections) or double bases. Therefore, the LUBW cannot guarantee the completeness and stability of the Download Service (WFS). If necessary, please check the completeness on the basis of the presentation services also offered (WMS).
