Description
The projected and legally valid plots form the basis for keeping the land register and document the ownership of land. In addition, numerous spatial data relevant to public and private law are based on the information level of real estate. The plots are determined with boundary points and associated land boundaries of straight lines and arc. The land number (equivalent to the cadastral number) is unique per municipality and changes after each land mutation by the next higher free number. The Swiss Federal Land Identification (E-GRID) is a unique number throughout Switzerland for land (procurement according to the master number principle).
