Description
The Regional Plan North Hesse 2009 defines the large-scale concepts of order and development for the administrative district of Kassel. It is the planning framework for the economic and social development of the region in accordance with its natural livelihoods.: A set of documents that represents a strategic orientation for the development of a specific geographical area by setting out the principles, priorities, programmes and land use to implement the strategic orientation that influence a spatial distribution of people and their fields of action at different scales. Spatial plans can be drawn up at the level of urban, regional, environmental and landscape planning, for national spatial planning plans or spatial planning at the level of the European Union.
